Applications are made online through the international office's "Apply Now" form, uploading passport, diploma, transcript and photo. Accepted applicants receive a conditional acceptance/offer letter requiring a deposit payment uploaded to the application system; the offer letter is valid for one week and cannot be used for the visa application. After the deposit the university issues an official acceptance letter for the Turkish embassy, and enrolment is completed on campus with original documents, followed by a student residence permit application. Eligibility follows the standard Council of Higher Education categories, and the FAQ states that bachelor applications are accepted in the fall semester only.
