Research. Prepare. Arrive.
A route, not a single application

Six stages. Your own starting point.

Choose a stage to see what to prepare. Universities set their own requirements; the relevant institution and authorities make the decisions.

Step 01 / 06

Choose a program that fits

Start with the subject, teaching language and degree you want. Compare the full cost of study alongside the academic offer.

What to do
  • Compare curriculum, campus location and normal study duration.
  • Check the fee year, preparation-year charges and written scholarship conditions.
  • Keep a separate record of each university’s official application page.

A shortlist with clear academic and budget priorities.

Your preparation desk

A file you can keep in order.

Use this as a personal review list. Check an item after preparing it, or confirming that your chosen program does not require it. No documents are uploaded here.

Loading your checklist…

The university’s current checklist takes priority. Extra evidence may be needed for your nationality, qualification or age.

Plan around real dates

A sequence, not a universal deadline.

Start with the official calendar for your chosen intake. These relative phases help you organize the work; they do not predict processing times.

Before application

Work back from the closing date

Use the chosen university’s published calendar as your starting point. Add your own buffer for documents and test results.

Common questions.

The right answer often depends on your program and personal circumstances. Start with these distinctions, then confirm your own route.

Is there one application for every university?

Follow each institution’s published route. Required qualifications, documents, fees and calendars differ, so keep separate records for each choice.

Do all programs require TR-YÖS or the same language test?

No single test rule applies across this guide. Check the selected program’s current accepted qualifications and language policy; a test accepted by one institution may not be accepted by another.

Can I apply before graduating from high school?

Some universities accept final-year evidence at the application stage. Confirm the specific route and when the final diploma must be supplied; this does not remove graduation requirements.

Is a conditional offer the same as final enrollment?

No. Read the letter for outstanding academic, document, payment or language conditions. Follow the university’s final registration procedure and written instructions.

Can I use a tourist e-Visa for study?

Do not assume a tourism entry route covers study. MFA distinguishes education from tourist/business travel. Confirm your category or exemption with the Turkish mission before travel.

Does an admission letter give me a residence permit?

No. Admission, entry permission and residence are separate processes. Check the residence category and evidence that apply to you with Göç and your university’s international office.
