Eligibility covers foreign nationals by birth, those who lost Turkish citizenship or hold a Blue Card, candidates who completed their secondary education abroad outside the TRNC, and TRNC nationals with GCE A-Level results; candidates who enrolled in a high school in Turkey from 2022-2023 onwards are excluded. The minimum documents are the online application form, a high-school diploma copy, an official transcript with Turkish or English translation, a recent photograph, the passport identity page, and one accepted national or international leaving-exam or entrance-exam result, with Annex-1 of the directive listing accepted exams by country (including TR-YOS, and for unlisted countries a minimum SAT of 540 with a minimum diploma grade of 3.2).
