Applicants who hold a non-Turkish citizenship or completed secondary education abroad apply directly to the university and do not sit Turkey's national YKS placement exam. The published route is: submit the online application form with documents and programme choices (one application per term, with the required documents uploaded), have it reviewed by the Admissions Office within three working days to a maximum of one week, receive an Offer Letter, then pay a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the tuition fee to obtain the Final Offer Letter. Final registration is completed in person in Türkiye with original diplomas and transcripts plus Turkish notarised translations, after which the student certificate is issued and a student residence permit can be applied for.
