International applicants fill in the online application form on the International Office site, upload a high school diploma, official transcript and passport (with official Turkish or English translations if needed), and can then track the application with their passport number and PIN code. A Conditional Acceptance Letter is issued by e-mail after evaluation, and an Official Acceptance Letter follows once the deposit stated on it is paid. Registration is completed in person at the International Office on the Ataköy Campus. The how-to-apply page states that, under a Turkish Council of Higher Education decision of 16 November 2015, Turkish universities admit international students once a year, so bachelor and associate degrees have a Fall intake only.
