Bezmialem Vakıf University admits students from abroad through its own online application portal rather than the Turkish YKS examination. Its International Relations Office publishes a country-by-country table of accepted school-leaving qualifications and entrance examinations with minimum scores, including TR-YÖS (300/500 for Medicine and Dentistry, 200/500 for other faculties), SAT I (at least 1000 total for Medicine and Dentistry, minimum 550 Mathematics for other faculties), ACT (at least 24 in each of Mathematics, Science and Composition), IB (minimum 30) and GCE (at least two subjects at A level). Candidates who do not hold one of the listed documents must reach the total score set by the Senate in the university's own examination. Eligibility is restricted to foreign nationals and certain former or dual Turkish citizens who did not attend secondary school in Türkiye or the TRNC, plus Turkish citizens who completed all of high school abroad.
